• Caregivers & Staff: Your information is shared with our trained caregivers and administrative staff strictly on a need-to-know basis to fulfill your specific care plan.

How Long We Retain Your Data

If you submit a contact form or request a care plan, your submission and its metadata are retained for customer service purposes. Client records, care plans, and employment applications are kept for administrative, legal, and operational purposes as long as necessary to fulfill the services requested and to comply with state and federal healthcare/business record retention laws.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have submitted forms on this site or are an active client/employee, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.
